    That's when Godrej Properties turned to us. We stepped in with a focused, insight-led strategy to shift market perception. By spotlighting Indore's exponential growth, upcoming infrastructure, rising investor interest, and its transformation into a money magnet, we presented a clear, data-backed narrative that reframed the city as a real estate hotspot.

    Impact

    The results spoke for themselves. With our strategic direction, Godrej Properties gained clarity and confidence in its decision. We successfully facilitated the transaction of two prime land parcels 46 acres and 25 acres, totaling 71 acres in Indore, representing an investment worth `400 crores. This wasn't just a land deal; it was a turning point that officially marked Godrej Properties' entry into Indore and established their footprint in Central India.

    SAA introduced a scheme called Postpaid Homes, allowing buyers to make a small down payment and defer interest payments until they receive possession. This flexible approach made it easier for buyers to plan their finances without worrying about immediate loan repayments.

    The scheme proved highly popular, leading to a surge in bookings. Buyers appreciated the financial flexibility and the opportunity to save on interest, making their path to homeownership feel more attainable and exciting for many so that they were eager to settle into their future spaces.

    Villa Plots
    Challenge

    People used to build homes in a row house pattern in Indore, and the wall between two houses used to be common because they were made on a 1,000 sq ft plot with a 20 ft frontage. This design not only limited privacy but also contributed to a cramped living environment, leaving many families longing for more space.

    Strategy

    To help the people of Indore, we educated them on how to buy a plot and build homes that allow for a villa lifestyle, complete with ample space and parking. Demonstrating that a 30 ft frontage paired with a 5 ft margin of open space (MOS) could transform their living situation, leading to the development of villas rather than row houses.

    Impact

    This initiative had a profound impact on the people of Indore and led SAA to sell more than 100 villa plots in just 15 days. This inspired many to consider villa living, transforming local attitudes about their housing options in the area.
